These Terms of Service govern your use of OnCourt, a platform where tennis and padel clubs publish their court schedules and players book courts online. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Parties and definitions
"OnCourt", "we" and "us" mean the operator of the OnCourt platform. A "club" is a sports club that manages its courts, schedule and clients on OnCourt. A "player" is a person who books courts at a club. "You" means anyone who uses OnCourt, as a player, a club admin or a visitor.
TODO owner/legal: operator's legal name, registration number and address.
The service
OnCourt lets clubs publish their courts, opening hours and prices, and lets players see free slots and request or book them. Each club sets its own booking rules: how far ahead you can book, how long a booking can be, whether bookings need the club's confirmation, and its cancellation policy.
A booking is an arrangement between you and the club. OnCourt provides the booking tool; the club provides the court and is responsible for it.
TODO owner/legal: confirm the role of OnCourt (intermediary platform) and any limits on it.
Accounts and phone verification
To book, you create an account with your name and mobile phone number; an email address is optional. We confirm your phone number with a one-time code sent by SMS. Keep your password private: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
A club can add you as a client by your phone number before you register. When you register with that number, the club's bookings for you appear in your account.
You can delete your account at any time on your account page.
TODO owner/legal: minimum age, and accounts created for someone else.
Bookings, cancellations and no-shows
Bookings, changes and cancellations follow the rules of the club you book with, shown on its page and in the booking. A club can confirm, decline or cancel a booking, and can record a no-show if you don't come. A club may require its confirmation for, or pause online booking for, players with repeated no-shows.
TODO owner/legal: wording on disputes between players and clubs.
Payments
OnCourt does not take payments online today. You pay the club directly, as the club arranges. Prices shown are set by the club.
TODO owner/legal: update when online payments are introduced.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse OnCourt: don't book courts you don't intend to use, don't impersonate others, don't try to access other people's accounts or data, and don't interfere with the service or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
TODO owner/legal: full list of prohibited uses and the suspension procedure.
Liability
OnCourt is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for the courts, the clubs' services or what happens at a club.
TODO owner/legal: limitation of liability under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and may ask you to accept the new Terms.
Governing law
TODO owner/legal: governing law and jurisdiction (Ukraine / EU), and consumer rights that cannot be waived.
