Or pay per booking

Instead of a subscription, a club can pay a commission on every booking that took place: a standard rate on bookings players make online and a lower rate on bookings the club enters itself. Rates (a percentage or a fixed amount) are agreed with each club.

The club pays the commission. Players pay the club's price, nothing more. Cancelled bookings aren't charged; no-shows are.

Trial, invoices and pausing

  • Every club starts with a free trial; its length is agreed when the club is onboarded.
  • Invoices are issued at the end of each period. An unpaid invoice gets a 14-day grace period.
  • After that, online booking for players is paused until the invoice is paid. Bookings the club enters itself keep working.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The plan runs to the end of the paid period and no further invoices are issued.
What happens if I add more courts than my plan allows?
You can't activate a court above the limit until you move to a higher plan. Existing bookings aren't affected.
How do plan changes work?
An upgrade applies at once; the difference for the current period is prorated. A downgrade applies from the next period. Annual prepayment isn't refunded but is credited.
What happens after the trial?
We issue the first invoice for the plan you chose. If you don't continue, the club stays on the free plan within its limit.
What if an invoice isn't paid?
After the grace period, online booking for players is paused. It resumes as soon as the invoice is paid.
How do I pay?
By card via LiqPay (a saved card is charged automatically) or by bank transfer against an invoice. An act is provided for every period.
