Payment and cancellation policy

Payment

• Court prices are per hour, shown on the club page and in every booking.
• You pay at the club: cash, card or as arranged with the club.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel free of charge up to 24 h before the start.
• Later than 24 h before the start, cancellation online isn't possible; contact the club.

No-shows

• A booking you don't attend is marked as a no-show.
• After 1 no-show within 130 days, online booking is paused for you; call the club to book.
